Baji operates under terms that govern how your account, transactions, and access to our platform work. Access and eligibility depend on your local law and the eligible regions we serve — read these terms carefully before using your account.
These terms apply to every account registered on Baji and cover how we handle your data, your transactions, and your access to the platform. Eligibility to use Baji depends on your local law and the regions we currently serve — if local law in your area restricts access to online gaming platforms, these terms do not override that restriction. When you deposit through local payment methods, the transaction is processed under the conditions set out in your account wallet agreement and the payment provider's own terms. We do not override those provider terms. Our policy covers what happens on the Baji side: how we record the transaction, how we hold account balances, and what steps apply if a dispute arises. We may update these terms when our operating conditions change. When we do, we publish the revised version on this page and note the effective date. Continuing to use your account after a revision means you accept the updated terms. If you have questions about a specific clause, reach our support team through the contact routes listed on this page before continuing to use the account.
Understanding exactly where our terms apply helps you know what we are responsible for and what sits outside our control.
Our terms cover how you open, verify, and close your Baji account. Eligibility checks, login security, and account suspension decisions all fall within this policy. Access depends on your local law and eligible region.
Deposits and withdrawals processed through your account wallet — including those made via local payment methods — are covered by our transaction policy. The payment provider's own terms apply in parallel and are not replaced by ours.
Game content supplied by studios available in our lobby, promotional notices published on the platform, and account communications we send you are all within scope. We are responsible for what we publish on Baji directly.
External payment providers, device operating systems, and network connections are outside our policy scope. We cannot accept responsibility for service interruptions or errors that originate with a third-party provider.
